Mr. Clark has been associated with the property profession for 47 years, 20 years in the private sector in both England and Canada and 27 years with the Government of Canada.
Mr. Clark received his education in England at the Royal Agricultural College and Reading University . He is an Accredited Member and Fellow of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He was the President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1998 and the 2005 Chairman of The Appraisal Foundation. He represented Canada on the Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee from 2000–2004, was the Secretary General of the Commonwealth Heads of Valuation Agencies 1997-2002. He currently serves on the Board of Regents, Centre for Advanced Property Economics.
